Solar Energy Enterprises designed two systems for the realities of an occupied high-rise: structural loading, crane access, tenant safety and building operations that couldn't pause. 284 panels across the two towers, 125kW combined, delivered with both buildings fully operational throughout.

Mintus Property had two assets sitting in the too-hard basket, and every year they sat there was a year of generation and savings the portfolio didn't collect. Unlocking them changed the maths on these buildings.
